Inside an elegant Victorian building built in 1912 that exudes a chic, urban atmosphere is a membership fitness center and full service spa and salon that is open to the public. The spa and salon, the first in Denver, opened its doors in 1987 after award-winning preservationist and visionary Dana Crawford saw a need for an urban sanctuary. The environment is designed to allow guests to step away from the daily pace and into a refuge that refreshes the mind, body and spirit. Fitness Director Her infectious laugh can be heard throughout the building, and she interacts with all the members as if they are old friends. Incredibly enthusiastic about the fitness industry, she has an eye to the future consistently acquiring new certifications in personal training, spin, and sports conditioning. As an all around athlete and certified massage therapist she truly understands the synergy between fitness and rejuvenation. Christina Critchell As the Customer Service & Community Relations Director, Christina Critchell strives to listen, support and develop her team to be the best they can be in their positions in order to enhance the customer experience for guests. With ten years in the spa, salon and fitness industry, she loves to build relationships with clients, gain their trust and provide personal care to meet their needs. She established two community outreach programs- an award winning program providing services to the patients of The Children's Hospital and their families, and a program that supports Volunteer's of America. Marrana Davis As a Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor, Marrana's love for life, wellness, Yoga, and massage blend perfectly to infuse our technicians with a zest for the spa industry. She was a driving force in implementing Eminence Organic Skin Care and creating our tasty new signature treatments. Roseanna Frechette Committed to developing and maintaining high-quality group exercise offerings as the Oxford Club's Yoga Director, Roseanna fully appreciates the energy that is generated from satisfying, well-balanced group fitness sessions that honor the whole person. Highly trained in a broad range of yogic practices and fitness disciplines, Roseanna is available for, and passionate about, helping participants understand and explore the holistic benefits of conscious exercise. She also believes in the benefits of total vitality that comes from pampering oneself. Her role in membership sales allows Roseanna to provide outreach to the neighborhood business community through a series of engaging and practical lunch-and-learn presentations. David Martin David has been providing exceptional customer service at the Oxford Club for nearly six years. Having just obtained a degree in international Business from the University of Colorado Denver, he brings current insight on keen business practices. With a great passion for fitness, he is studying to obtain a Personal Training certification. He is known for great exercise and restaurant recommendations. Elia Meza Having garnered a degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Elia uses her creative skills as our in-house Graphic Designer, consistently designing eye-catching pieces. She is very detail oriented and is often found perfecting our retail displays. A veteran Oxford employee, she has worn multiple hats and is known in-house as the go-to for historical questions. Candi Whitney Candi had been in the Salon industry for over eight years perfecting hair and makeup.
