Our team of Personal Trainers are available to help you develop and reach your personal fitness goals. Whether your focus is overcoming a fitness plateau, building strength, developing balance, increasing flexibility, weight loss, or building up endurance our trainers can help you achieve success.
 
NUTRITION

Jessica comes from an intensive background in athletics. Since 1999, she enthusiastically spends her time as a personal fitness and nutrition coach and fitness instructor. She has served as a member of the Governor's Council for Physical Fitness in Colorado and holds a certificatied membership with ACE and AAAI/ISMA. Jessica is Yoga Fit and Turbokick certified and has also studied Pilates with Polestar Education/Balanced Body and Stott. Martial arts based exercises, sport specific agility/power/quickness drills and Pilates mat exercises add to the dynamics Jessica can offer her clients' workouts. She also teaches commitment in nutrition and flexibility.
 
 
  Kirk Frieberger, CSCS

Kirk has been extensively involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has been at the Oxford Club for 9 years. He graduated with a degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Kinesiology and holds his certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kirk works with all fitness levels and specializes in almost ALL aspects of fitness and exercise. He prides himself on keeping up with current research conducted in fitness and newest exercise trends/ techniques that will help his clients acheive their goals. If you are looking to improve your fitness levels, lose weight, improve your recreational activities or train for a marathon/triathlon, Kirk will help you get there.                                                               

 

   Alisa Geller

Alisa's degree in Kinesiology and professional experience as a personal trainer provides an excellent working knowledge of human motion, anatomy and physiology. This knowledge of basic sciences enables her to design effective exercise programs for her clients. Over the past 20 years, Alisa has implemented programs for individuals which include: beginners, athletes, pregnant and post-pregnant women, the elderly, disabled, as well as those with special needs such as cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, post accident trauma and multiple sclerosis.

 

 

  Chris Herr

As a personal trainer, Chris will assist you in understading and developing core and total body strentgh, increase cardiovascular endurance and energy, and improve your body awareness, balance and posture. With varying intensity levels of workouts and using a variety of exercises for every muscle group, you will see and feel overall improvements in your fitness and health. With your hard work and dedication, Chris will motivate, inspire and guide you to your optimum fitness goals.

Allison graduated from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver and founded Nourishing Within in 2002. Her focus is educating individuals and families on how their relationship with food and lifestyle practices are impacting their health, food choices and connection with self. All programs are tailored to meet your needs and may include health assessment, identifying sensitivities/ intolerances, detox programs, kitchen cleanout, menu planning, shopping, cooking instructions and meal preparation for convenience and health.

 Allison Westfahl has over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, fitness writer and exercise video choreo-grapher. She holds a BA from Yale, a MS from Cal-Penn, a personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and she's a certified triathlon coach through USAT. Her specialties include weight/fat loss, injury rehab, sport-specific training, and muscle toning.
