Jessica Donatone

Personal Trainer

Jessica comes from an intensive background in athletics. Since 1999, she enthusiastically spends her time as a personal fitness and nutrition coach and fitness instructor. She has served as a member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness in Colorado and holds a certificatied membership with ACE and AAAI/ISMA. Jessica is Yoga Fit and Turbokick certified and has also studied Pilates with Polestar Education/Balanced Body and Stott. Martial arts based exercises, sport specific agility/power/quickness drills and Pilates mat exercises add to the dynamics Jessica can offer her clients’ workouts. She also teaches commitment in nutrition and flexibility.

Personal Trainer, BS Kinesiology

Alisa’s degree in Kinesiology and professional experience as a personal trainer provides an excellent working knowledge of human motion, anatomy and physiology. This knowledge of basic sciences enables her to design effective exercise programs for her clients. Over the past 20 years, Alisa has implemented programs for individuals which include: beginners, athletes, pregnant and post-pregnant women, the elderly, disabled, as well as those with special needs such as cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, post accident trauma and multiple sclerious.

David Martin – Personal Trainer

David likes to incorporate mindfulness, yogic flexibility, strength conditioning, and endurance training on a personalized level to ensure a one of a kind workout experience. Body weight exercises, postural integrity, and range of motion are the fundamental elements that David relies upon in creating comprehensive workouts for the busy professional, athlete, or moderate fitness enthusiast. What sets me apart from the myriad fitness options available in the area is the importance that is placed on maintaining a healthy mind, spirit, and body. Principles from Meditation, Yoga, Weight training, and athletic conditioning are all involved in creating a workout experience that focuses on a truly balanced mind as well as body.
