Jessica comes from an intensive background in athletics. Since 1999, she enthusiastically spends her time as a personal fitness and nutrition coach and fitness instructor. She has served as a member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness in Colorado and holds a certificatied membership with ACE and AAAI/ISMA. Jessica is Yoga Fit and Turbokick certified and has also studied Pilates with Polestar Education/Balanced Body and Stott. Martial arts based exercises, sport specific agility/power/quickness drills and Pilates mat exercises add to the dynamics Jessica can offer her clients’ workouts. She also teaches commitment in nutrition and flexibility.

Alisa’s degree in Kinesiology and professional experience as a personal trainer provides an excellent working knowledge of human motion, anatomy and physiology. This knowledge of basic sciences enables her to design effective exercise programs for her clients. Over the past 20 years, Alisa has implemented programs for individuals which include: beginners, athletes, pregnant and post-pregnant women, the elderly, disabled, as well as those with special needs such as cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, post accident trauma and multiple sclerosis.

David likes to incorporate mindfulness, yogic flexibility, strength conditioning, and endurance training on a personalized level to ensure a one of a kind workout experience. Body weight exercises, postural integrity, and range of motion are the fundamental elements that David relies upon in creating comprehensive workouts for the busy professional, athlete, or moderate fitness enthusiast. What sets me apart from the myriad fitness options available in the area is the importance that is placed on maintaining a healthy mind, spirit, and body. Principles from Meditation, Yoga, Weight training, and athletic conditioning are all involved in creating a workout experience that focuses on a truly balanced mind as well as body.

James Park

James Park graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelors of Science in Adult Fitness and Exercise Science. He has worked with an Olympic gold medalist, professional football players, championship MMA fighters, NHL players, and a multitude of others. He specializes in acceleration and top end speed mechanics. He has a holistic approach to training and studies the human body to accurately prescribe exercise.

After going through Chemotherapy at the age of 15 years old I know what it is like to not have your health. We must be grateful for what we have before it is taken away. I want to make sure people know how important it is to take care of themselves and to know the benefits of being healthy. How we feel internally will reflect how we interact with the world. I have a Bachelors of Business from UCCS, holds a CPT Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, have Black Belt in Taekwondo and currently in school at The Denver Seminary.

Brandy is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She finds that teaching individuals in a one-on-one environment allows for greater attention to detail for proper alignment and functional training. She recognizes that each client has their own goals and challenges, and that allows her to create meaningful, personalized workouts for each person. She is not just a trainer that will stand there and count your reps, she will motivate and challenge you every step of the way!

 She is certified in Hatha Yoga from a 230 hour teacher training. Able to teach Power, Strength/Athlete’s and Restorative, Brandy can easily incorporate any style yoga with training sessions. She also holds a certification through the TRX Suspension Training System. This Navy SEAL created workout can build up lean muscle mass for the beginner or athlete in you! Brandy is also certified in Indoor Cycling; you will often see her students leaving her sold out classes sweaty and smiling. If you have never tried spinning, Brandy will help you learn how to adjust the bike for your body and show you alignment in various poses on the bike. If Kettlebells attract you, but also intimidate you, Brandy will be happy to show you the in’s and out’s! A great way to build muscle, challenge the whole body and involve cardio, this all-in-one workout is a must learn!

 When she is not teaching fitness, she is either practicing yoga, climbing a mountain, running, snowboarding or out exploring our Colorado playground! Passionate about health and wellness, Brandy looks to inspire anyone and everyone to create their most healthful and thriving life.
