Cancellation PolicyPlease note that we do require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment (48 hours for parties of 3 or more). There is a 50% charge if you cancel the day of your appointment; a 100% charge if you do not call to cancel.
Arrival time: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your consideration is appreciated as we are unable to run beyond your allotted appointment time. Your early arrival allows time for a leisurely check-in, and changing into a robe. What to wear: You do not need to bring anything with you. We supply our guests with robes, spa sandals and towels. You may change directly in the treatment room, showers are also available. Children: For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, children are not allowed in the spa area. Cell phone use: A visit to the Oxford Club is a time to leave your cell phone and your everyday world at the door. Please silence your cell phone inside the building. Health considerations: Please speak with your technician prior to treatment if you are affected by any medical issues including heart conditions, skin conditions, cancer or pregnancy. Cancellation policy: In consideration of our technician's time and availability, please cancel 24 hours in advance for individual services and 48 hours for packages. We will charge 50% for late cancellations and 100% for uncancelled appointments. Tipping: Gratuities are welcome, of course, but are entirely at the discretion of the client. 18% - 20% is customary for day spas and hair salons. Gift Certificates are available for purchase for all our services. Give the ultimate gift of wellness. Please note we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% charge will be assessed. For "no shows" we assess the full cost of the service. |
